1:1 Running Coaching

Personalized, supportive run coaching designed to help you build confidence, consistency, and joy in your training, whether you’re just starting out or preparing for race day.

What 1:1 Running Coaching Can Include (depending on your needs and goals):

  • Race-specific coaching (5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon)

  • Beginner-friendly training or return-to-running support

  • Maintenance-phase programming

  • Pacing guidance and race-day strategy

  • Fueling and recovery education

  • Runner-focused strength programming to improve durability and performance

Coaching is offered virtually and/or in-person (Connecticut-based) for local clients who want real-time feedback, form cues, and hands-on support.

How Coaching Works

I typically work with runners who are:

  • New to running or fitness and unsure where to start

  • Returning to movement after time away or burnout

  • Looking for supportive motivation, guidance, and accountability

  • Balancing training with work, family, or life transitions

  • Interested in learning proper training structure, race strategy, and sustainable progress
